Shipping Timeframes

Our shipping timeframes is 10-14 business days (does not include holidays and weekends). We work hard to ensure that your packages are shipped as soon as possible, and we usually pack orders within 48-72 hours after the order is placed, but it is important to note that our policy is 10-14 business days. We use UPSP to ship. We are not responsible for packages after we deliver them to the post office and they are received and processed by USPS. 

Returns

All sales are FINAL! No refunds or returns. If you receive a product that is damaged due to our error, we will either send you a replacement or if we are completely out of the product, we will issue a refund.
